## About These Calculators

### How accurate are the renovation cost estimates?

The renovation cost estimator uses current GTA market rates and typical project scopes. Results are planning-level estimates (±20–30%). Exact costs are confirmed after a detailed pre-construction planning session where we produce your fixed-price quotation.

### What is a fixed-price quotation?

Unlike a ballpark estimate with "allowances" that creep upward mid-project, a fixed-price quotation is a firm, guaranteed cost. We scope every detail during pre-construction, then lock the price. If materials or labour run over, that is on us — not you.

### Can I use these tools to plan multiple rooms or phases?

Yes — run the calculators as many times as you need for different rooms or project types. When you're ready to move forward, book a free consult and bring your estimates. We'll confirm the scope and provide your fixed-price quote.
