Timelines depend on scope: a kitchen or bathroom renovation usually runs several weeks, while additions and whole-home projects run several months. Because we book projects 3-4 months in advance, dedicated crews are reserved for the entire build, which keeps the schedule predictable.

Do I need a permit for my renovation, and who handles it? expand\_more

Most structural work, additions, and layout changes require a City of Toronto building permit, and some additions also need Committee of Adjustment approval. We manage the entire permitting process for you — drawings, applications, and inspections — as part of our turnkey design-build service.
